My wife and I called Wayne for his help late one evening after we had been out for a meal and my wife’s handbag had been stolen. Unfortunately our house keys were in her handbag and our spare keys were inside the house. Wayne arrived within half an hour and immediately diffused the tense situation and made my wife feel calmer.
